Fitness room was too small and out dated.

Staff was pleasant.

After checking into our room we found out that the hotel room phone was not working I called and advised the front desk via my cell phone and never had the phone checked or fixed during the duration of our stay.

Amenities were great, location perfect for what I needed.

The outdoor patio and the indoor pool provided a perfect getaway for my kids to have fun. The cute atmosphere really made our holiday special.

Every room has its own private balcony, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the Albuquerque sun! The gorgeous courtyard is an ideal spot for unwinding, especially by the gas fire pit during the evenings. Plus, the indoor pool is a fun way to splash away the day, even when it's chilly outside!

The king-sized bed was very comfy. The outside courtyard looks wonderful in our before-wedding photos.

My then-fiance, me, my bridesmaids, flower girls, ring-bearer, and groomsmen all stayed here the night before our wedding. We had a guaranteed reservation for three double queen rooms, and they 'bumped' one of our rooms to a king room with a pull-out couch. The pull-out couch had to be maneuvered around the room to have enough room to open. It threw our numbers off and we couldn't fit all of the people that we wanted to. Also, one of the night employees by the name of Chris had the nerve to roll his eyes at us and raise his voice when we went to the front desk to discuss the problems we had. The morning of my wedding, the toilet in my room, where 7 women and girls were getting ready, quit working.

Magnificent position was an added bonus.

I loved my stay here for the convenience of being just a short distance from Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, a highlight, and the relaxing atmosphere of the tree-lined courtyard provided a perfect spot to unwind after my city strolls.

Air conditioner was either too hot it too cold. Cold air caused sore throat.

The bed was comfy and I liked the lobby area and bar.

The beautifully landscaped courtyard was a peaceful retreat. The cozy decor throughout the hotel added a charming touch.
